Forgot my JBL wireless earbuds . When I called the hotel to let them know I had left them in the room and I wanted to pick them up they claimed they did not find them. Extremely disappointing behaviour. Would not recommend anybody to stay here

Property is a boutique hotel. The rooms get nicer and bigger on the higher floors. We rented 2 rooms, one for myself & hubby and the other for my 2 sons. Our sons’ room on the 10th floor was tiny, no room to put luggage. The room temperature was never consistent and a bit damp. It could be because it was unbelievably hot outside. Other than that, the view was incredible from our room and the hotel roof bar is very nice.

We were not sure about staying here because of the mixed reviews, but it exceeded our expectation. Our room was great and so was the staff. I recommend getting the room with breakfast included. It wouldn’t easy to go and find breakfast in the AM. The staff was so kind and taking any kind of transportation from here was so easy !!

I wasn’t aware the Hotel is in the red light district. That makes us uncomfortable and not so safe. The Hotel is the best one around this area. We asked to be change of rooms because the first one was so small and not quite clean. The second room that we stay was much better. The staff was always ready to help with a good manner. The restaurant breakfast was great many options and even for westerners. We really enjoy it. The hotel only has two washer/dryer machines to do laundry so if you want to do laundry you have to stand and wait for one to be free and it takes 2 hours to do it.

Very nice staff…remove the chairs out the room as it takes up all the space and leaves no where to place luggage. There’s already a table and two chairs in there.
