The staff and maintenance personnel were really good. However, my room was a mess. Toilet couldn't flush, maintenance had to come ut early the following norning to fix it. The mattress was wore down and uncomfortable and the room smelled really bad, like roach killer spray.

Nice hotel but unpleasant smell in room
The staff were great, the breakfast great with a good amount of choices and the lobby decor was nice. Our room looked fine but had a cigarette smoke and chemical cleaner smell that was nauseating . We cut our trip short because of it. We did not smell it elsewhere in the hotel but it was very noticeable when we entered our room. The bathroom could have been a bit nicer

The room was excellent, we had no problems there. The breakfast was a disaster. There was almost no food, they looked like they ran out of food and couldn't find any in the back. I rated it 3 stars because the room was great overall, but reduced it because we specifically picked a hotel with breakfast and there was almost none to be had.

The front desk staff was nice however, there was random knocking on my door, several times over the course of my stay and it seems security was lacking. I was disturbed out of my sleep several times by this. Only reason I stayed was due to a close family member being sick and this was near her house. Other than that, location was overbooked with children and no parents watching them. I hope if I have to return to this location the security and front desk staff will have better control of the location.
