The unit wasn't as shown in the photo Air condition at the lounge was blowing hot air, air conditions filters are fulthy The door of the toilet was broken The worst thing was they left used open jars of different foods to be used as they mentioned that breakfast is served , can't imagine that they left open used jars from previous client visit to use, it was disgusting !!!!!! Very very expensive to a unit by this way

Great apartment and location
Steve and Arne have a great apartment right amongst the beauty of the strand. Short walking distance to the local restaurants, supermarket and to Townsville city. Check in and checkout are both easy processes. The apartment is clean, comfortable with many toiletries. Steve and Arne also have chocolates, coffee/tea/milk and a bottle of wine for guests. Will definitely stay again

A very clean, comfortable and well located apartment. The complimentary goodies is a great touch even down to games for the kids. Stephen and Arnie are wonderful and very helpful hosts.

Boutique apartments is a great find for me. The apartment is very homely and I loved that I felt comfortable without the formality of a hotel. Steve & Arne are truly fantastic hosts who communicate effectively and went out of their way to action my request to remove alcohol, usually complimentary for guests from the apartment before my arrival. The apartment itself is furnished beautifully, adequately stocked with cleaning products, toiletries and linen. Located very close to The Strand with an abundance of restaurants and shops close by. The city is an 8 min walk to the Main Street. Thank you again Steve & Arne

The property was excellent. Everything we would want. The only issue for us is that it is 2& half flights of stairs up. We are older folk and would be hard to carry large cases up there. Luckily we were travelling light! Steve & Arne were wonderful hosts. Thoroughly recommend this property.

The apartment was conveniently located near cafes, restaurants, supermarket, bakery, butcher and bottle shop. It was a mere 30 metres from the Strand - waterpark, pool, playground, walking paths and electric scooters for hire. Parking was undercover and onsite. The apartment was beautifully decorated with comforting homely touches everywhere - bottle of wine, chocolates and port, bread and condiments, toiletries in the shower. There were books to read and games to play, free Wifi and Netflix. The beds were really comfortable and the air cons were icy cool. The washer and dryer were very handy. It was extremely clean and well maintained. The hosts were generous, gracious and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend this apartment.

Fabulous place to stay with my boys. Apartment was lovely with everything we needed. Very quiet location and walking distance to everything! Some lovely little touches from hosts - wine and chocolates and breakfast (continental) will definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Townsville.
