As part of check-in we require photos of photo ID and Credit cards. These are destroyed as part of our post-check out process.

The Ground floor is a business and external areas are shared
We love hosting and showing our guests the best properties Townsville has on offer. With this, comes an expectation that our guests will look after our homes so that they are always beautifully presented for our guests.
We will host pets, however pre-approval from the host is required.
All our properties are non-smoking, smokers are welcome to smoke in external areas. Additional charges will apply if our cleaners need to clean up.
