I just stopped for one night, we were at a friend's wedding at the hotel, It was a wonderful hotel with fabulous facilities, the staff was so helpful. Super clean rooms, I would highly recommend.

Lovely hotel, the staff are amazing, a credit to the hotel chain, you feel welcomed immediately as guests. Beautiful inside and out lovely and clean by amazing housekeeping staff. The only thing I'd change, is the food menu and some dining recccomendations for guests. In the bar area, to do laid back dining like scampi and normal chips, (not skin on) not everyone likes these and thats all that's available. The bar menu, is still too 4 star the menu, if you want a more laid back eating experience. The garlic mushroons are not nice, at all. Too fancy for the bar menu as is the salmon beetroot etc. Using ordinary button mushroom on menu would be far nicer as the crispy crumb in the hotel ones is nit nice either not crispy at all. Please update menu for the more down to earth travelling guests. Breakfast was nice, but its old fashioned telling people where to sit, it wasn't nice being brought to a table of "not our choice". The tables for 2 are ridiculously small and it ruined our breakfast experience. Too many dishes, bowls, jugs,cups saucers used by the hotel for a table for 2. Please let people choose table of choice at breakfast. Or at least when booking a time slot, ask where you'd like to be seated, or where you'd like your table reserved. As it takes away peoples choice and preference. We were crammed in all in one tiny section near the window for breakfast. It was not nice. Felt too near to people at the side of us. People felt awkward talking due to proximity.

Lovely quiet stay and great gym
Lovely stay. Food was great and gym is probably the best equipped gym I've experienced. Rooms were well equipped and most importantly we'll soundproofed. Only downside is having to pay for parking and spa facilities but guess if you don't need them then it cuts the cost so not a big issue. Staff were also great

Very quiet, comfortable room which was extremely clean. Good range of toiletries and drinks in the room, milk bar a great idea. All staff courteous and friendly. There was a wedding on which didn’t disturb us and when checkout got busy due to this lots of extra staff appeared to manage the desk. Very well managed will stay again

Escape the City in Luxury
I have stayed here a few times and will keep coming back with friends and solo. The rooms, common areas and spa facilities are always spotless. The food (albeit more on the expensive side) is delicious and fresh. Room service is available or dine in restaurant options. Most rooms (if not all) come with a shower and bath, with The White Company toiletries for use during the stay. All the staff have 5* customer service, whether it be front desk, breakfast waiters or cleaning staff. The hotel itself is private and tucked away from busy Leeds and makes a perfect escape. It is easily accessed by car and especially by bus making it low budget transport option if traveling from within Leeds. I always book 1 night but truly it is never enough to indulge in the hotel. I would prefer having more of a tapas style breakfast rather than only 1 main plate and unlimited starters. Options to have several main plates per person would be good as they are small. Cheaper food prices and a larger room service menu with again more tapas style options would go down a treat.

Loved the spa facilities and you could just relax in the hotel. Lots of places to chill, lovely places to have a coffee or enjoy a meal and a drink. A very relaxing, enjoyable break. Staff were all excellent, really friendly and made you feel very welcome.

Hotel was really good but at about 7am maintenance man knocked on my door (I was still asleep) and he came into the room without me advising it was okay. Never had this happen in over 35 years of business travel. Disgusted!

Nice hotel and really friendly staff who couldn’t do enough. I turned up around 18:30 so couldn’t get in the restaurant which was a shame but the hotel was fully booked. The hotel is busy as the gym is obviously popular locally and most are staying in the hotel for work as it’s surrounded by commercial offices and this is why i was there after all. Breakfast was great and incredibly efficient, i was in and out in 20 mins which is impressive and it was delicious. I’d stay again but only if i can book into the restaurant
