Proximity to downtown and price were the main attractors. Easy to get to and very close to main attractions. Eighth street is quite a busy road - the main suite entrance abuts eighth street so lots of traffic noise.
Once you enter the suite, there is a door wall at the back which allows for more direct access to the parking lot (parking was very easy and a non issue).
The air conditioning/fan in the bedroom was not operating properly - it would not stay on and kept turning off due to a "defrost" status. Without it there was no air movement, we had to open the windows in the upstairs - one in the bedroom and one across the hall - while this created a nice cross breeze, it also created an abundance of noise with each passing car (bigger cars and trucks would vibrate the house when passing). Also, the blinds would smack against the window with a big wind gust. this made it difficult to sleep - had the air unit been working it wouldn't have been an issue. no dishwasher or garbage disposal. kitchen was well-stocked with utensils, dishes, glasses, etc. Nice microwave, stove, and fridge with filtered water and ice. the unit was very new and clean - bed was comfortable. I assume because this unit is for sale, they aren't adding holes to the walls or doors - which would explain no towel hooks. bathroom counter was very small - almost no space for toiletries. sofa in living room was good but the coffee table is on wheels and kept moving away when trying to put feel up on it.
