The towels and wash clothes were dirty. Had to get new ones. The bed sheets had grits of some sort on them. The shower had no pressure, the shower was dirty and had hair all over it. There were gnats in there and brown water stains on the floor.

The rooms were not clean or well maintained. Water was either too hot or too cold. Police were there twice during our stay (not for us but 3 officers knocked on our door)

The room was great and clean. Could have put more towels in there. My biggest complaint was how cold the pool was. It was indoor and it was so cold you couldn’t even stay in. The hot tub was like lukewarm water and extremely cloudy and dirty. The filter top came off in the bottom as well. I stayed here because of the pool and was greatly disappointed. The breakfast was good too.

Chose a pay at property option and they charged my card before I even got there.Pool was super dirty and wasn’t working.Front desk try to talk to me like I didn’t have any common sense on how booking a hotel works and I’m a truck driver I stay at hotels almost all the time save yourself the headache and find a decent reputable place.They gave me a refund but had to wait almost 10 business days so that got in the way of our plans.

We were there for just a quick overnight stay. NO HOT WATER in the shower!! 2 showers taken, 1 at night and 1 in the morning. No hot water for either.
