The bar and eating areas (and options) in the hotel are not great, the location and walking distance to other venues are. They hotel is getting a bit dated though.

Property is within easy walking distance of the waterfront and all the great restaurants. Driving access to the hotel was frustrating with no signage - I had to get out of the car and inquire at the hotel whilst my husband drove around in circles in bad traffic. Access is via the car park and once in the car park the signs are really small and well hidden. Not the best welcome for a hotel. No registration desk to speak of but very helpful staff. Tiny rooms but nice touches in the rooms. A hotel for the millennials not this 60 something!!

The apartment was well maintained and had everything you needed. Most importantly as our first time in Cape Town and traveling with a family it was great to see such good security making us all feel secure. A great place to stay in a good location.

Great location in the town. Excellent staff.
"Very friendly hotel. Excellent staff. Good breakfast. Good evening meal. Secure parking. Owing to a mix up in the booking we did not actually stay in a Heritage room, which was a shame. However, the downgrade was dealt with amicably."
