Отель с большой территорией на берегу о.Тургояк
Отель с несколькими корпусами и большой территорией... Непосредственно на берегу о.Тургояк... За территорией следят- везде чисто... проезд автотранспорта запрещен... Есть несколько пляжных зон, но слишком много людей- придется потесниться... Разнообразные спортивные активности: и воллейбольная площадка (вообще не пустовала), и теннисные корты, и батут для детей, и полоса препятствий, и экскурсии на квадроциклах и т.д... На территории есть несколько ресторанов, но, на мой взгляд, цены чересчур (свежая рыба 200- 330 р/100 гр.)... Номер (Deluxe room) большой... регулярно убирают... Единственный минус- отсутствие кондиционера... Платил ок 5300 р/сутки... В целом, мне все понравилось... Считаю достойным своих денег...

Отличное место, но сервис подкачал
Отличный отель в отличном месте. Если бы не одно НО. Все бронирования нужно подтверждать по телефону, желательно узнать при этом фамилию и имя сотрудника, с которым вы разговариваете, иначе потом ничего никому не объяснить. В автоматическом режиме бронировать можно хоть сотню номеров, и в итоге, когда вы приедете, вас могут просто не заселить не смотря на внесенную предоплату и оформленное бронирование. Нам повезло, и свободные номера оказались (нам предложили номер классом выше, чем в брони), но сам факт такой работы в 21 веке меня лично удивил безмерно. Однако, стоит заметить, что персонал всеми силами старается решить любые проблемы и сгладить такой серьезный просчет, но глобальной проблемы с бронированием это не решает, поэтому претензия к топ менеджерам - пните программистов, внедрите электронные системы для заселения. В целом, исключая эту проблему, отдых прошел замечательно, в отеле есть чем заняться, вокруг много мест для путешествий, прекрасный пляж, бани на берегу озера. Если быть готовым к таким нюансам, то отель рекомендую.
