Excellent service was beautiful facilities! We lie to use this hotel again.

Wonderful customer service! It can be a little confusing which tower you're staying in and where to check in for it, but the staff is so friendly and helpful to get you where you need to be. The room was a good size for Tokyo and there is a 7-11 adjoined to the building.

For the price this is one of my favourite hotels I e stayed in, only down side is the elevators are always busy.
