From the minute you checkin to the last check out staff were amazingly helpful. Keeping things simple and fast. Willing to answer any questions you might have. I was able to walk to any locations as the Hotel is very central to most places of interest. If you have to travel the subways and buses are very close. Taxis are always available too! The daily cleaning of your room left it in pristine condition. Which helped when you came home from a big day of sight seeing. For myself I was happy that they had a smoking room on lobby floor! I enjoyed morning sunrises from the view there! It was very convenient that they had a coin laundry to do my laundry . (6floor) It was perfect for me as a single traveler, I felt safe and secure and knew I could ask for help when needed. Deal with confidence!
