Didn't use the swimming pool but used the nice little gym. Friendly and polite staff, a lot of food places around, walkable distance to shopping places, next to a metro station - city hall. Clean and tidy room, love the bidet, comfortable stay, strong heating, very warm, had to open some window. Snowed when we stayed, pretty around, not blocked by high buildings. Got a wowpass machine at the lobby, didn't have to get at airport or metro station. Nice area to walk around Namdaemun market and underground market, close to department stores and MyeongDong.

We had such great experiences to stay at this hotel. All staffs were very helpful to answer our questions & fulfill our reasonable requests. I have two constructive suggestions: #1. Expand the laundry room with more washing machines & dryers. #2. Enhance the front desk staffs’ knowledge on hotel tax refund. The hotel will need to provide the tax refund form to get the refund at the airport. However, the staffs only mentioned that the airport staff would have helped without providing me the the hotel stay tax refund form. I failed to get the tax refund at the airport because of this ><.

Excellent except some mistake made the last day
Our stay had been excellent until the last day. We were waken up at 3:50am by a wake up call even we didn’t request the wake up call. When checking out we were asked to return a charger that we never requested. It turned out that someone at the hotel had placed the wake up call the charger to my account by mistake probably due to language barrier. Someone who requested the wake up call probably missed the wake up call. Other that this the hotel has been excellent, the location is near the subway exit, room is very clean, house keeping does an excellent job every day and make us feel very comfortable after return to the room.

The first two nights were quite challenging for me. I struggled to get a good night’s sleep because the air conditioning noise worsened. However, the hotel staff were really accommodating and promptly offered me a room change.

We booked a 9 days stay during our Seoul trip and the room was huge. It has a small kitchen area where we can do washing while the kids and other adult utilised the main toilet. There are two big queen sized beds and also a big L-shaped couch. It is a pity that the coffee table is fixed and cannot be moved to make space to open up big luggage in the living area. The staff are helpful and assisted us to book a big taxi when we needed one. The city hall mrt station is also a stone throw away from the hotel. A good recommendation to all who wishes to stay there during the next Seoul visit.
