Ulmen lies in the Southern Eifel between Koblenz and Trier. Both towns can be reached by car and are well worth a visit. You can go for walks and bike rides in the surrounding woods. Less than 1 km away is the town center of Ulmen with supermarkets and restaurants. There are two lakes in the proximity, where you can go swimming and enjoy water sports. The cozy and extremely picturesque Mosel town of Cochem is just a half-hour drive away.

Près de la forêt
L'appartement est lumineux avec des chambres confortables et une cuisine bien équipée. L'endroit est calme à proximité d'une grande forêt, c'est idéal pour se balader avec son chien et faire son jogging. Un petit centre ville avec son glacier italien et sa fontaine bordé par un très beau lac et des ruines romantiques d'un chateau. Les amateurs de géologie appriécieront cette terre volcanique et se qui aiment boire des coups ...les rives de la Moselle où le vin est bon.

tolle Wohnung in toller Gegend
eine tolle Ferienwohnung, absolut sauber und komplett eingerichtet. Nette freundliche Vermieter. Da fällt einem der Abschied schwer, aber man freut sich, da wieder zu buchen.

Het huis is zeer compleet ingericht. Prima welkom door eigenaar. Vanaf de woning een wandeling van plm 15 min naar centrum met leuk pleintje. Supermarkten zijn iets verder. Mooie omgeving. Aanrader!

Ferienwohnung für Groß und Klein
Wir haben mit unseren beiden Kindern (2J & 5M) eine Woche in dieser gemütlichen und gut ausgestatteten Wohnung verbracht. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und es gibt auch nix zu meckern. Unsere Gastgeber Guido und Claudia sind sehr nett und es gab sogar (kinder-)freundliche und sehr gut erzogene Hunde. Auch ein kleiner Lackkratzer am Auto durch Steinbewurf des kleinen Kobolds wurde uns ohne Aufhebens verziehen. Die direkte Umgebung bietet viele Möglichkeiten für kurze Ausflüge, z.B. Burgruine, Maare, Wald, Bienenlehrpfad, Marktplatz zum Eis essen... Wir waren noch einen Tag im Wildtier- und Freizeitpark Klotten. Auch schön für Groß und Klein. Alles in allem eine tolle Zeit. Danke.

idealer Kurzurlaub
Eine sehr gut eingerichtet Wohnung, der es an nichts gefehlt hat und diese ist zudem noch in einer perfekter Lage, direkt am Wanderweg, speziell für unseren Hund ideal. Der Empfang wahr sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, und es gab viele nützliche Tipps, super nette Gastgeber. Wir werden gerne den nächsten Aufenthalt wieder hier verbringen. Lediglich im Bad würde ich eine Dusche der Badewanne bevorzugen. Wir bedanken uns recht herzlich für die tollen Tage. Liebe Grüße Aus dem Saarland

Bei heißen Temperaturen eine kühle Wohnung
Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten und man hat gut Platz für 4 Personen. Es war schön kühl, da es sich um eine Einliegerwohnung handelt. Das Badezimmer hat leider nur eine Badewanne, das könnte für ältere und/oder behinderte Menschen schwierig werden. Für Tierhaar-Allergiker ist diese Wohnung nicht geeignet, da Tiere in der Wohnung erlaubt sind. Auch ist rauchen erlaubt. Dementsprechend war keine so gute Luft in der Wohnung. Ansonsten war alles tip-top.

Die Vermieter sind super nett und wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Die Lage ist hervorragend, um Ausflüge und machen. Man ist schnell in Cochem, Nürburg, Klotten oder Daun. Für einen Urlaub mit Kindern optimal. Im Ort kann man sich gut verpflegen, einkaufen gehen und es gibt mehrere Bäcker (diese sind leider nur mit dem Auto zu erreichen). Alles in allem top

Indian Summer in der Eifel mit Kindern und Hund
Wir konnten hier in den Herbstferien eine wirklich schöne Woche Urlaub verbringen. Das Wetter war herrlich. Nach vielen Urlauben in diversen Ferienwohnungen- und/oder Häusern möchten wir sagen, dass diese Wohnung wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet ist, insbesondere und auch die Küche. Die Leseecke im Wohnzimmer war sehr gemütlich und auch die Matratzen in den Schlafräumen ermöglichten uns einen erholsamen Schlaf. Das haben wir schon ganz anders erleben müssen. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, es fehlt an nichts. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich, verbindlich und sympatisch, wir haben uns mit unseren zwei Kindern und dem Hund sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ermöglicht viele spannende Ausflüge in die nähere Umgebung. Wandern in Gerolstein, Besuche der Burg Eltz und der Kasselburg und zum Abschluss auch des Nürburgrings haben uns sehr schöne Tage beschert. Kurzum: Empfehlenswert! Vielen Dank!!! Liebe Grüße!

Sehr schöne, geräumige Fewo. Sehr gutes Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis.
Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Sie liegt sehr ruhig am Ende des Siedlunggebietes am Waldrand. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und unseren Urlaub genossen. Es gibt viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. In ca. 20 Minuten erreicht man z.B. Cochem/Mosel. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Eine sehr schöne, geräumige und saubere Wohnung.
Wir würden sehr freundlich begrüßt, es wurde uns die Wohnung gezeigt und es war sogar ein Sekt für uns kalt gestellt. Da die Vermieter direkt über der Wohnung wohnen, hat man immer direkt einen Ansprechpartner, was und auch direkt angeboten wurde. Ein Parkplatz steht ebenfalls für die Gäste zur Verfügung. Vom Parkplatz aus kommt man in die unten (Keller) liegenden Wohnung. Es war alles wie beschrieben und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Handtücher und Bettwäsche war ebenfalls da. Schade, dass wir nur ein Wochenende da waren! Wenn es uns nochmal nach Ulmen verschlägt, werden wir versuchen hier unter zu kommen! Wiederum würden wir diese Wohnung eher an eine Familie mit Kindern empfehlen, und nicht an zwei Paare, da das zweite Zimmer kein Doppelbett war. Was für uns natürlich kein Problem war. Für Familien stehen sehr viele Bücher und auch Spiele bereit, auch wir kamen auf unseren Geschmack. Zudem stellt die Wohnung eine wii zur Verfügung. Leider hat bei uns im Kinderzimmer der Fernseher nicht funktioniert, aber als wir das mitteilten, waren die Vermieter sehr bemüht uns zu helfen und haben versucht mit uns eine Lösung zu finden. Fazit : Wir würden die Wohnung an ein Pärchen oder an eine Familie mit maximal 2 Kindern empfehlen. Zudem ist Ulmen ein süßes Dörfchen :)
