We have been all over the world and never been treated this bad a very ruid owner and we had no booking due to your company using his guest house will not book through Expedia again

Great location with comfortable room
Primrose Guest House was very comfortable. We were three and had a large room with plenty of space. Main bed was huge. Only downside was that the single bed didn't have a mosquito net. People were very friendly and helpful. Location was excellent - on corner just around from main street which meant it was quiet, but accessible by walking or short tuk tuk ride; two minute walk to the beach.

Hôtel bien placé et propre très bon accueil
Hôtel très bien situé à 2 pas de la plage d'unawatuna, très bon restaurants à proximité. L'hôtel en Lui meme correspond à ce qu'en nous recherchions, la chambre et l'an salle de bain sont corrects, mais le plus c'est surtout le très bon accueil de cet hôtel !

Would never return
When we arrived the manager told us that he upgraded us to a better room and we were super happy. We booked a regular room with fan and got a bigger room with Air con. When we checked out (stayed one night) we were called out in front of all the guests eating breakfast. The manager yelled at us because we used the air con when we only booked a fan room. We explained that we thought that was the perk of the upgrade he gave us. He continued to yell at us at wanted us to pay extra and told us that we lied about our booking. The manger was super rude and embarrassed him self in front of all his guests at the breakfast and lobby. The "better room" had large holes in the mosquito net, so we both got several bites, and animal poop at the sink in the toilet. Avoid this hotel and find a better one so you won't be fooled by the staff. We paid ahead so we didn't have to pay more, but if you don't do that you might be fooled by the hotel.

Nettes Personal und nette Lage. Der Besitzer ist immer für ein netten Plausch zu haben. Das hotel war näher am Strand als erwartet.

Good owner and personal. персонал приветливый и дружелюбный. По английски говорят хорошо, особенно хозяин. к сожалению нет кафешки в самом Gest house.
