The owner must smoke because the hallway near the front desk smells like smoke. Very dated, but it seemed clean. The mattress was a rock. I assume there was springs in there but no give, like laying on plywood. Didn't even stay the second night.

Got taken to many room options and all had mold, dirty sheets, dirty/old bathrooms, it smelled weird everywhere. Full trash cans around the hotel. Left and did not stay there and lost all my money for two nights and had to find another hotel. This happened to at least 10 people that day that we know of and lost their money as well.

This hotel says it has a pool, which it does but it’s broken,no one told us until after check in, garbage stacked everywhere, sheets on beds were disgusting, window in room was cracked to the point of failing out , after seeing all conditions we left . Watched other people come in and leave instantly also

Friendly staff but needs a lot of upgrading
Front desk was friendly when we arrived. But once we got in the room we noticed the toilet was running constantly. Tried running the air conditioner, only the fan worked. Wouldn’t cool. Then right before bed we tried to find the remote, no remote. Reception gave us another remote but did nothing with the other issues. The entertainment center was also missing a front drawer panel. The hotel needs some upgrading for sure.

Since we live 2 hours away, we spent one night here in order to be on time for a medical procedure at the nearby Marshfield Clinic fairly early the next morning. We found the room clean and comfortable, just what we needed. The heater in the room was quiet and kept an even temperature. Breakfast included waffles and Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches, rounding out the usual fare of cereal and breadstuffs. The pool area was locked but that wasn't a problem for us since we wouldn't have used it anyway, but the online listing shouldn't advertise a non-working pool.

Lighting in bathroom was not assembled. Bathroom floor has not been mopped ever, there was food crums all over from past guest, room was never vacummed. Hotel staff could hardly follow a conversation

The place smelt like body odor in the hallways with a slight mold smell, my first room had a cracked window and smelt like mold very badly i had to ask for another room. They didn’t apologize they just handed me another room key to a different room. Slept on the comforter because there was hair under it. Just doesn’t seem like they care about the upkeep or anything for that matter, no breakfast or daily room service.

Check in not overly friendly. Room had a strange ordor. Empty or partly empty shampoo and conditioner bottles left in tub. Toilet seat (both) up. Breakfast said 6 til 9 weekdays. Went down at 7 nothing and no one around. Called said they would be out 10 minutes. No milk for cereal no juice no toaster for bagels cold coffee.
