The front desk staff are great. The room was nice, had a lovely walk in closet. I will say that the shower left much to be desired, with the shower head on water was still coming out of the spout at a high rate.

Love this hotel
Only issue we had was the hot water in the shower. It took a while for the shower to get hot enough to shower. Otherwise we love this hotel and will continue to stay there when we visit Denver.

The hotel was good, we got a good deal throguh expidea. About half off. It was worth that price. I probably would be a little upset if i paid full price. But it was overall nice. The water in the shower took 20 minutws to get warm. When we got to the room it was about 80 degrees. And there is no ac. Just a chiller. So it jever did get below 70 until we leff the balcony door open. Both times we qent to retrive our car from the vallet it took about 30 minutes to get. Even when there was no one ahead of us. So that was not worth the $40 My biggest cinplaint was that there was a suprose $20 "urban resort" fee. Its not so mich about the 20 bucks. But just the fact that you get nickled and dimed every where you go these days. Overall a nice hotel with a very charming lobby. But somethings could have gone better.

Was a nice hotel. Wanted to ask for a reimbursement for the stay. We got away for a staycation, and get rest and relax and a dog in another room barked the whole time. Was quite the drag for being able to relax and get some rest.
