One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The staff goes above and beyond and the room was cozy and comfortable. The hotel is in a great location, too. If only I had the opportunity to visit more often!

It's situated in a fabulous 18th century canal side house and the rooms all have a unique theme. There are only 9 or 10 rooms so it feels more like a guest house than an hotel. It was very nice but pricey, especially as you also have to pay extra for breakfast.

They went an extra mile
You've got to like stairs to be here, but if that's not a problem, the spaces are large, the canal view lovely, and the extras fantastic. I has lost a screw from a suitcase wheel just before arriving, and the person at the desk took the case, found another screw at a local hardware place and fixed the case. There are not many places that would do this. It was indicative of their concern for a guest.

A wonderful hotel

A home away from home
Always love staying here - it was our third time. Such friendly staff and super comfy beds. Only downside are the "wet room" style bathrooms which cause water to get everywhere - but doesn't stop us from staying there. We'll be back.

This boutique hotel is wonderful! Small, quiet, organic sheets and food, great neighborhood, very helpful staff - I didn't want to leave! The fresh flowers really made it special. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

I wish we were here longer!
We only needed to stay one night in Utrecht, but our stay and the staff were delightful. When we arrived the staff recommended a lovely canal-side restaurant for dinner and gave us some options for breakfast that fit our taste and pointed out some shopping areas to help us fill the next day. We were also very grateful they kept their cheerful attitude and understanding when we slept through our alarm and needed a few extra minutes to check out. We were just arriving from the US and had our internal clocks upside down! It was also very handy to be able to store our bags for a few hours while we explored the city while waiting for the next leg of our trip.

Gem of a hotel
I had a great stay at the Mary K Hotel. Very friendly staff. Stylish room with large bath. I loved that they have Netflix. Very convenient location to Central Starion and all of the shops. No elevator and steep steps but they help with your bags. The steep steps are common in Utrecht. I would stay here again.

Delightful boutique hotel.
A charming petite hotel, on the canal and very well and peacefully located. Every member of staff could not have been more welcoming. From a quick call on our day of arrival to ensure we were okay and en route, to helpful, happy and genuine demeanour. The hotel has a pleasant rear garden and some rooms their own large terrace. Our first floor room, No. 6.(accessed via short but steep stairway) was clean, bright and airy. Bathroom had shower (no tub); but others have both. Sufficient storage for a few days stay, if not excessive. Large terrace to rear. Usual coffee facilities and mini bar, air con and TV. Bed was reasonably comfortable - a ltitle soft for me, but that is down to personal choice. Choice of breakfasts on offer from 8 euro PP. All in all a lovely B&B-style hotel, great staff and highly recommended.
