Located in the quiet hamlet of Folleville less than 30 minutes drive to Mont St Michel, beautiful beaches. Supermarket and boulangerie only 2km away. Les Moulins Farmhouse sleeps 8 people. Les Moulins has a well equipped kitchen and an open plan living/dining area with French and English FreeSat TV, DVD and Stereo facilities. It also has it's own private patio/terrace area with BBQ. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Les Moulins is set in grounds of 1 acre with a heated swimming pool, sun loungers, pool cabin, boule pitch and parking space.There is also a games room with a full sized pool table, dart board, TV/DVD facilities and a selection of DVDs. Paradise in Brittany
We recently spent an unforgettable ten days at The Gites of Brittany with the most wonderful hosts Alison and Malcolm. The traditional home in Folleville, Brittany truly exceeded all our expectations, as did our hosts. Nestled in a beautiful rural hamlet, the location couldn't have been more perfect for our family of six. The serene surroundings offered a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life, allowing us to unwind and connect with our hosts and neighbors and enjoy the beautiful countryside. The House was beautifully appointed and everything you could possibly want was at hand. Alison and Malcolm have thought of everything to make this a home from home. Le Moulins is truly paradise in Brittany. Alison and Malcolm are the most amazing and interesting hosts and Alison has the uncanny talent of always being there, without being there. A talent which many hosts do not possess. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the amazing pool. It provided endless hours of fun and entertainment for the kids and a refreshing way for all of us to enjoy the warm sunshine. When not touring in Brittany and Normandy, we spent hours splashing in the pool and relaxing, making cherished memories together to be remembered for many years to come. The Pool area is Beautifully maintained and the games room has a pool table and many games to enjoy. Overall Folleville was nothing short of Magical, We can't wait to Return soon. Tom. Ireland

Fantastic week in the beautiful countryside
Idyllic week in this stunning, peaceful gite. Fabulous location for local villages or stunning coast. (or a day chilling by the pool). Wonderful holiday enjoyed by all..from 5year old to gran. We loved busy site seeing days and visiting local markets for amazing fresh produce. Would definitely return. Thank you Alidon and Malcolm for your hospitality.

What a unique experience! The home is super comfortable and great French country experience. Very warm home with Full Kitchen and living area on the main, 2 bedrooms & Bath on the next floor - and loft with bedroom and bath on the next. Super cute furnishings and had great communication with the host. There are a couple town close by and very short drive to Mont St Michel. I would not hesitate to stay again.

We so enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. Les Moulins was perfect for our family. It was immaculate and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Alison and Malcolm were so kind and helpful, even had a fire in the fireplace on our arrival. Also a very nice guest handbook with cities, sites, and activities in the area. Perfect location for visiting Mont St Michel, Dinan, Dinard, D Day beaches. We would like to return and do a D Day tour with Malcolm. We highly recommend this property!

Relaxing and enjoyable, the pool was a great plus!
We were looking for a quiet location for a family holiday, close to the coast and with plenty of nearby attractions to keep 3 early teen kids occupied. This hit the mark every time! The pool was a massive hit and we had sole use of it most of the time. Booking and check in were easy, our hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Cottage was very clean and well equipped. Would highly recommend this for families or couples alike

Well equipped for a family trip
This location was excellent for our three generation trip including three young kids. The gite had everything we needed for a enjoyable and memorable vacation. We stayed during a heat wave, and the pool was the perfect refreshment. Alison and her husband were gracious hosts , and provided us with fans upon request, offered tips for things to see, and restaurants to visit. They even had a game room with billiards, darts, etc. Highly recommended this place. Thanks again.

This property provided a perfect venue for our family trip to Brittany. The location was convenient to the sites we were interested in seeing . Such a rich area of history. Lovely owners, great spot, nice and quiet
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Les Moulins. Alison and Malcolm were very accomodating (we were 4 adults, a toddler and two babies) and were also understand when we accidentally broke a chopping board and an item of crockery. Kitchen was very well equipped which I was grateful for as the nominates chef for the week. I’d definitely stay there again given the chance and heartily recommend the place.

Brilliant family holiday home with great facilities. A real home from home!
I would highly recommend this property, situated in a beautiful and peaceful location but within easy access of lots of local tourist attractions. The property had everything we needed and some extra touches that made it a great home from home. The children loved having the use of a swimming pool and the games room was a great hit with the older two boys. I found the property to be really clean and tidy and well presented when we arrived and Alison was very welcoming and helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property to friends and family, and we hope to return again in the furture.

Perfect for our family of three generations. Good location, comfortable house and helpful hosts
We wanted to be near Mont St Michel but there is so much more in close proximity to this cozy former farmhouse. With bedrooms on two levels we slept comfortably. The kitchen was well equipped and the facility provides a lovely pool, bikes and a game room so the children were happy when not touring. Alison and Malcolm are congenital and helpful hosts. We hope to visit again.

Dirty and tatty
In particular, the cutlery drawers were dirty, the cutlery and kitchen utensils needed rewashing before we could use them, there was a large stain on the carpet on the landing, the skirting boards were tatty and covered in dust as were many other parts of the property, the settees smelt of dog and cigarettes. There was an exposed cable in the dressing area of one of the bedrooms and it looked scruffy and unfinished. There is a patio area to the side of the property which we did not use as it involved going out of the front door, instead of having a garden attached. We missed having a garden. Although the pool was supposed to be heated and the daily temperatures hit 30 degrees, the children found the pool too cold so we only used it once. There were no grounds we could use and that was something we missed. Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be a facility to post pictures here, as I have some which would explain things better.

I highly recommend staying at this beautiful house! Alison and her husband were very kind, helpful, and made sure our stay felt like we were at home.
