Major lapse in communication from Hotels.com
Considering it was a weekend stay at Valparai, I did not want to take a risk . Hence I had booked this hotel through your website...with complete payment done...After reaching valparai, I learnt that there was no booking done in my name.....Reason was that there was no information to the Holiday break hotel...that their hotel booking was goin gto made live on Hotels.com....Hence no Rooms were available too...Then considering our situation, the Holoday break hotel KINDLY arranged for s stay at a different hotel...Thanks to Holiday Break hotel....I am unbale to review to this hotel, as I did not stay here....
