Very good apartment for holiday
Location very good, clean and spacious. Downfall was no English speaking Tv, as weather was poor at first we needed TV. No WiFi either so we couldn't watch on internet. Had a good stay.

Maison très fonctionnelle avec extérieur agréable. La plage est très près et un super restaurant à 5 mn. Le bord de mer est bien aménagé et le village est à 1/2 heure à pieds. On a bien apprécié. A refaire.

Great family vacation
We had a great stay at Sébastien's place in Valras-Plage. The appartment was clean, has two sleeping rooms and an additional corner with the bunk beds and thus provides sufficient space for a family of fibe. The beach is just a five minutes walk and the pool is literally just around the corner. We especially appreciated the terrace and the outdoor area so that we could sit and eat outside. The communication with the owner was fast, easy and effective. Overall we had a great stay at Sébastiens place and can only recommend it.

Très bien!
Nous étions 9 ai total (dont 1 bébé de 13 mois) et avons passé 2 semaines dans la location. Le séjour fut excellent. La location est très bien située (on traverse la rue et on est à la plage), la piscine est très agréable, la Terrasse est très grande et c'était calme malgré le monde. Le centre ville est à 15-20, a pied et y a une boulanger, traiteur et petite épicerie a quelques pas seulement. Il y a avait assez de vaisselle pour nous tous (ce qui est appréciable). La seule recommandation que je pourrais faire serait de rajouter un ou deux ventilateurs pour la mezzanine et le salon pour la nuit (surtout en période de canicule). Sinon tout était parfait.... l'agence est disponible et sérieuse et la communication a été très simple avec le propriétaire. Je les remercie et je recommande cette location.

Le logement est super et tres bien situé par rapport a la plage ! La piscine de la residence est tres agréable et la terrasse est un plus non négligeable ! Cependant heureusement quil y a les ventilateurs car il fait extrêmement chaud dans les chambres en haut.

Localisation au top très proche de la plage. Résidence sécurisée, un plus pour les enfants qui peuvent se retrouver en dehors de domiciles. Maison bien agencée, pratique, extérieur super. Manque peut être un peu de rangement dans le coin cuisine.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine. Très bon accueil de la part de l'agence qui nous a accompagné jusqu'à la location. Appartement très proche de la mer avec une terrasse très agréable. Piscine présente dans la résidence pour les petits comme les grands. Un grand merci au propriétaire qui est très attentionné et soucieux du service et du confort apporté aux locataires, c'est vraiment très appréciable. Je recommande vivement cette destination.

Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine dans cet appartement très joli tout proche de la mer... Le propriétaire est très attentionné et a veillé a ce que tout soit au top... Les plages sont magnifiques le village animé le soir... Je recommande vivement cet appartement. La piscine est un plus pour les enfants. merci au propriétaire pour son attention particulière.

Ville sympathique mais résidence moyenne
Maison pas très propre à l'arrivée et l'ensemble est vieillot ( matelas taché,hotte très sale ,des moutons de poussière partout.....) En plus pas de WiFi et très mauvais réseau dans la ville. De plus,il n'y a qu'un seul passe par famille pour accéder à la petite piscine : pas très pratique quand on part avec des ados !

Bonne location pour belles vacances
Nous avons apprécié cette maison qui a répondu à nos attentes. L'emplacement près de la mer est idéal lorsqu'on séjourne avec de petits enfants. La piscine est très propre et notre ainée (8 ans) en a beaucoup profité lorsque nous n'étions pas a la mer. Le domaine est calme mais vivant, les gens se croisentt et se saluent. Les enfants jouent ensemble. Un petit bémol pour l'escalier qui monte au 1er étage : très raide, il est dangereux pour de petits enfants (3 ans). D'autre part, il n'y a pas de wc au 1er ce qui cause problème au milieu de la nuit avec un escalier à descendre pour un petit. (Pour moi aussi). Très bon contact avec le loueur. Attention : pour les hôtes étrangers, plus particulièrement les Suisses : il n'y a pas de Wi-Fi. Sinon, vacances telles que nous les avions espérées. Merci.

Vacances gâchées à oublier
Environnement detestable avec du bruit incessant de jour comme de nuit. Vis à vis depuis deux immeubles dont un direct qui nous obligeait à avoir le parasol ouvert du matin au soir pour ne pas avoir l’impression d’être des bêtes de foire, donc impossible de profiter des bains de soleil. Impossible de laisser les volets d’une des chambres entrouverts la nuit à cause du vis à vis et des lumières de l’immeuble. A ÉVITER si vous ne voulez pas abondonner la location pour partir ailleurs ce que nous avons été obligé de faire pour profiter d’au moins une semaine de vacances sur les deux prévus dans la location
