When we arrived I realized the bathroom had not been cleaned prior to our stay. The amenities (lotion and conditioner) were half used. The bathtub had hair and bath scrub on the side. I called down to resolve the issue and the front desk was rude and flippant and it was like pulling teeth to get it cleaned the next day. It was absurdly expensive for this level of service and quality. I would not recommend.

I totally understand that it is on period of Employee Strike but the customer service in the front desk is terrible. The old man with no emotion was very rude. He could treat guests with respect. He was only issue with this hotel regardless of the strike.

Our stay could not have been better! We were here to see Taylor swift and the hotel had a bracelet making area in the evenings! I had my 9 year old daughter with me and the front desk staff was so friendly she would run over to chat with them every time we returned from an adventure. The hotel was so clean and the beds were so comfortable! We loved our stay!

I had staff and a youth staying at the hotel. I needed to cover the damage deposit and was sent a form for my credit card. It was filled out and sent back. Upon my staff arriving, front desk was extremely rude and stated there was no card on file and didnt bother to check the emails where I was told it needed to be sent. They made an already stressful trip even more stressful for my team and our kid.

My daughter & I stayed for one night & felt it was well worth it for the cost. The bed was super comfortable, the room was clean & updated. Although their restaurant & bar were closed, they had some items for sale at the front desk. The staff were helpful & friendly; would stay again!
