Pleasant Stay
Hotel staff gave a very warm welcome and was very helpful even in the late night hotel staff responded for room service very well.Overall it's a budget hotel with good amneties.

It's really a nice budget hotel but the staff are in experienced especially in the night. One night there was banging on the door at 1 am in the night to move our car.. But we flew in there and took taxi and we don't have car.. Very disappointed other than that all is well

All in all a good experience
Other than the fact that the room wouldn't connect to the wi-fi unless you were in the lobby it was good. The room service was fantastic and they were ery accommodating. They were very informative on what to see and also arranged for taxi services, etc. Look for Sanjay in the Rickshaw down the road near the Raddison. He made the day great for us!

Cheap, but not comfortable
The hotel is in good location, walking distance the TM. The hotel was largely for local Indian, not western style. The hotel was cheap though, so no complain should!

Dried mosquito bloods on linen and walls.
The sheets and walls were spotted with oil and dried bug blood. There was hairs on the pillow. Hotel personnel was stubborn about that the linen newly washed but they changed the sheets when I insisted and tipped. There is hot water but pressure is not enough for the shower. Only plus is quiet. You can find more clean hotels at this price range.

Worst hotel I had ever stayed
No hot water in winter night. I had to wash my hair in super cold water. Every thing is broken. VERY UNFRIENDLY and UNHELPFUL night manager. Very dirty and nosiy. No restuarant. Really the worst hotel I had ever stayed.

地处高端区域，酒店卫生一般般
酒店不在恒河区域，而是在瓦拉纳西北部另一条河旁边。附近有几个高端酒店和JVP mall(好像是这个名字吧。。)，医院什么的都很近，去恒河坐突突100卢比没问题，去野鹿苑80卢比。酒店在一个小巷子里，挺安全的，环境还不错，但是我们住的一楼房间离前台很近，一直到半夜还有人在那里聊天，很吵。。酒店照例是不换被子，只换被单。洗澡用的是电热水器，也就是20L的样子。说好的免费wifi 也没有。总体来说，200块一晚有点贵了，性价比不高，我是说跟恒河边上四五十的家庭旅馆比
