They didn’t hold my handicap reservation - checked us in without telling us- then didn’t refund and had to spend an hour with Expedia to get my money refundable- then ended up desperate to gone s place place to stay- ended up paying over $300 more than our previous reservation !!! Don’t ever go to this hotel

This was ok to stay overnight to move our kid in to BU. It is a clean decent place and super convenient given the proximity to Binghamton University. This is now our 3rd stay in the area and our 3rd hotel. We are slowly now getting to know the area.

The couple we were traveling with had issues checking in as the desk clerk barely spoke English. Dog left in an adjacent room barked for several hours, left unattended, tried calling the front desk…phone didn’t work! Went to the front desk to complain and there was another guest there with his pillow showing the clerk all the bugs that were crawling around on it and biting him!! In the morning…hair dryer didn’t work, and the couple that we were with didn’t even have a hair dryer (it had been ripped off the wall)!!! We’ve stayed at this property several times with no issue…but Wowzer…won’t be back!!!

We were told they had elevators n they didn't. We also asked for handicap acceptable we were told they didn't have any available. However my sister checked in after me and they told her they did have it. My wife has limited walking capacity. She almost fell on the top step. None of the phones worked in any room. We found dirt and dirty black sock behind bed. No USB outlets, terrible place.

The bathroom was filthy, toilet wasnt cleaned, there was hair and stains. I cleaned myself with lysol. The shower curtain had some used dried up small washcloths hanging on it, meaning no one pulled the curtain to clean. The room smelled like someone passed gas or an animal died in a vent when we turned on the air conditioning. I called the front desk to report the smell and request some air freshener and our request wasnt fulfilled. The hallway also stunk of mildew, sewage and weed. The linens and towels had no scent to them so it looks like they are just washed in hot water (if at all) and no detergent is used. I wouldnt returned or recommend this place. It was gross.
