Lovely area walkable to everywhere I needed. Room is good if you are not spending time in it. Very dark as its courtyard facing. Always needs a light on. Aircon was suspect. Couldn’t work out if it was on but the wasn’t dealing with 35°c heat so probably was. Check-in lady was very friendly and helpful. Elevator always empty which was nice. Would use again but choose a larger unit with better natural light. Netflix not available on TV. I have my own login so would have been useful to have.

Extra fees for everything. Very expensive amenities, they clean your room once a week. The air was stale, AC was weak, sweaty nights and we always had a rough throat in the morning. Nice enough management, but services always cost extra money. €13 for a load of laundry… Self service. Foosball table in the middle of the main lobby… Didn’t quite seem to match the classical music theme of the whole place… Whatever. Won’t return.

10min walk from Airport shuttle and Metro
Great hotel in a very convenient place for all transport links. Yes there is some noise from the traffic outside but thats the compromise from being in the centre close to everything. The room had everything you need and the bed was very comfy. Staff were great and luggage store was free to use after the 11am check out. Would definitely recommend it.

The best thing about our stay was the staff, extremely friendly and went out of their way to be helpful! We made use of some of the facilities like the sauna and laundry which was a nice bonus. The room itself was fairly dated but very clean.

10 minute walk from many cafes and restaurant, right by the river, easy 15 minute walk to old town. Staff so friendly and easy to understand/communicate with! Spacious room with kitchenette, very clean :) we loved our stay!

Great location
Perfect location - short walk to the Innenstadt and to the Prater, easy access to public transport with a tram stop outside the door. Room large and comfortable with a good shower. Located on a busy road, but room quiet and staff very helpful and friendly. Would recommend and stay here again.

Great location and comfortable at great price.
This was my 2nd time staying at Adagio. Ideal location. Close to most things but also a bit noisy so ask for a quiet room. It’s great having a mini kitchen as i would make my breakfast every day. I wish the lighting had been a bit brighter especially at night and make sure you bring your own wash cloth. They do have hand soap and body wash/shampoo. If you have thick hair it will take you forever to dry your hair with the hair dryer that is provided. Staff are friendly and efficient. Make sure you use your key card when you enter the elevator. Gym was a good size but a treadmill would be a nice addition. It’s great they have 2 washers and a dryer but charging 8.00 Euros for the washer and 5.00 for the dryer seems a bit excessive in my opinion. Having said all of that i would stay here again.
