Hotel was very nice and the staff very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable but very hot. We turned the heat down as much as possible and opened the windows but was still very warm when sleeping. We spoke with the front desk about this and they turned off the heat to our room completely, which solved the problem!

One night in Vienna
Location was outstanding. Hotel was nice and clean. Breakfast was very good and staff members were friendly. Due to construction it was hard to get to the hotel. They only have 10 parking spots so if you’re driving, you’ll have to find a near parking lot.

The hotel is a good location for taking a walk to many major tourist attractions. I didn't like the size of our room--it felt small and crowded, plus there was an awkward small ledge at the entrance to the bathroom that was easy to trip over.
