Great place to stay in Vienna close to the center of the old town. The rooms are large and there is even a little kitchenette and fridge. The staff was helpful and provided lots of information. There was even a washer and dryer (pay) in the basement so we were able to do all our laundry. Anastasia at the front desk was very kind and even went to show us how to operate the washer and dryer. Great stay!

We had a lovely 2-night stay at this property. The location was very convenient for sightseeing, shopping and dining. The room was clean, spacious and the hotel had a dining room for breakfast. What stood out most was the friendly staff. Anastasia was very helpful throughout our stay. She gave us restaurant recommendations, directions to places, and answered our endless questions. We were there during the unseasonable storm in September, and Anastasia was genuinely concerned for our safety when we told her that we were taking the train to Prague. She even made sure that we would let her know once we arrived safely in Prague! Her caring gesture really made our stay pleasant and memorable despite the unfortunate bad weather we encountered.
