Been coming here for years, however the property is in dire need of renovations. The rooms are average at best, carpet tearing, paint chipping, just tired looking. The rooftop pool had little to no flowers, no music, and the bar was missing the blender (no frozen drinks at the pool?). This is a premium hotel in price, but has steadily declined over the years. We checked out immediately and went somewhere else that was cheaper and 10x nicer!! I plan on trying it again in a few years after renovation has occurred.

Not worth the price in the least. Positives: the rooftop pool, rooftop bar (and their healthy pours), the Rib Room breakfast, and location Negatives: just about everything else. Beds were not comfortable. Getting in and out of the hotel was a pain. The noise level on the 2nd floor was insane... Might be better if higher up but doubtful. Not ideal for family with young kids. Minimal amenities. Small space in room. Way too much money for a very mediocre stay. It would have been acceptable if we were paying Holiday Inn prices or similar. We would not stay here again.
