Budget Friendly
A little dilapidated but overall, comfortable. Upstairs TV has no aerial reception (not sure if it was supposed to have it or not). Refrigerator leaks water internally so food was 'swimming' all weekend. Five minute walk to beach for fishing. Two bathrooms a bonus for the 9 adults in residence.

Totally unkept! Wont be back.
Good location however property totally unkept. Broken window screens (fixed them myself due to flies/mozzies), house dirty, dust piles under all beds, lawns/garden totally overgrown. Back yard unusable for kids.

Great position, close to water and shops, basic accommodation that would benefit from a bit of a ‘freshen up’ eg better outdoor furniture, kitchen basics, fixed fly screens etc. the outdoor areas could be better utilised with better outdoor settings.

Great location, house needs care
The location is great (easy walking distance to the beach and shops) and the house has real potential but it needs attention - broken fly screens , missing light bulbs, broken outdoor chairs. The beds are comfortable. The house needs a deep clean - under beds, behind couches etc

Convenient location
Older house, but had everything we needed. Short walk to shops and beach. 2 living areas and 2 bathrooms is a bonus. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Beachy Blue!
