What was unique is that the internet says check in is at 4pm but it’s really 3pm. They change for checking in after 4. Charge for parking and don’t say anything into you get there. It’s mandatory- and I got there at 4. Room was not ready. Was told to come back later. No one could tell me when. I got room at 9pm

Hôtel qui accepte les chiens et très près de la plage (2 coins de rue). Prix raisonnable, mais bien sûr, ce n'est pas un hotel 5 étoiles. Pour ma part, malgré le petit membre de propreté dans les corridors communs et un manque de professionnalisme de certains employés seulement, je fus très satisfaite. Mais j'étais hors saison. Je ne suis pas certaine que je viendrais en plein milieu de la saison estivale.

The check in process about the room key maker was on the 2nd floor. Only one person at the desk at 3pm on a Saturday. Only one Elevator worked.. no cleaning crew until morning. Floor wet from pool users. It was faster to take the stairs and they smell like pee.. just overall the hotel need more and efficient staff

This was by far the worst, dirtiest hotel I have ever visited and stayed in my life.The bed sheets and blankets were unkept. They need to close this hotel down. Makes Wyndm look bad.. Horrible

Out stay was stay was not like before. Room had very little extras. No extra toilet paper - had to go to front desk for towels, body wash, coffee, trash bags that were stronger, trash can was filthy on bottom. No extra blankets - pillows were sadly lacking - not comfy at all. The front desk girls were wonderful and helpful. you have good employees there. I never saw a house keeper. Ice machine room was overflowing with trash.

The hotel is a block from the beach, the hotel cleanliness was bad, people at front desk were not customer friendly. Pool was closed when all other properties had theirs still opened. Furniture in room was all in need of repair or replaced. Rooms looked like they were cleaned fast lots of stains everywhere. The elevator had no repair checklist or dates on it everytime I went in elevator there was something broken control pannel was not locked to it. Breakfast was gross coffee was weak. Area is a little sketchy.

TV screen was damaged. Room was dusty. Property does not say you have to pay for parking until you get there. Facilities need updating. Housekeeping needs to be scheduled 24 in advance so you have to retrieve your own towels and soaps, toilet paper from the front desk. Keycards did not stay activated . desk agents acted like you were bothering them. Overall, won’t stay here again.
