I was disappointed in the fact that I booked a 2 night stay and unfortunately became ill the during the first night. I had to check out the next morning to drive home to the doctor. I was not afforded a refund due to booking w Expedia and paying up front. Expedia reached out to the hotel to see if they would waive the 2nd night fee but due to policy they were not willing to refund.
