Staff unprofessional. “Breakfast “ was a joke - the morning desk person was stuffing her face with a waffle, other than that there was 1 cup of yogurt available, some white bread, and dry cereal (but no milk). The hallway on the first floor was missing some ceiling tiles and construction type dirt lined the floor the 3 days I was there. Obviosly no one cared.

The lady working the front desk was extremely rude. She had no respect or manners. My room wasn’t cleaned properly and I had a roach in my room. When I mentioned it to the lady at the front desk she didn’t care and said there was nothing she could do and she would let the cleaning ladies know. She was extremely rude.

Could smell pot smoke in the halls and occasionally it would get in my room. Most of the rooms were really loud. The floor above me stomped around most of the night. Tv did not work well. Only had 7 channels that worked, but 2 of those were in Spanish so i couldn't watch them. Picture was crap too. I told the front desk all these things, but they did not seem to care. Said they would try to send someone about the tv, but they never did.

The hallways were pretty gross: super-stained and dingy carpet that's bubbling up in a lot of places. The first room they gave my hadn't been cleaned at all (two-liter and trash sitting right there on the desk, covers at the foot of the bed and the tv was still on). The next room was fine. Dirty towels that were piled in the hall on Saturday when I checked in were still there Sunday when I left. It did the job, but I wouldn't return.
