Excellent hotel, the reception staff were extremely helpful with all aspects of my stay here. The breakfast was excellent with a huge choice. There is a lovely restaurant and bar area and lots of extra facilities that due to my short stay. For those travelling directly outside the hotel is a bus stop where you can take the bus direct to the departure area of Chopin Airport and costs a few Zloty only and takes around 20 minutes. I will be visiting Warsaw again and this will definitely be my hotel of choice. With reasonable prices in comparision to other hotels this is a safe bet for your stay. Book with confidence!!

The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms are very clean and have all that you will need for your stay in Warsaw. I stayed here 2 nights from 3 in Warsaw the other night I stayed in the North and this hotel was better in all departments. You are close to train, tram and bus with a bus stop right outside to go to the airport No 175 Stay here with with confidence.

The AC didn’t really keep my room cool. The room had somebody’s hairs on the chair when I unpacked, but it was accessible to all my events and not far from Old Town. The breakfast buffet was fabulous!

Nice hotel
I enjoyed the breakfast a lot. The front desk folks were very helpful and provide me a fan to use overnight considering how hot it was in Warsaw during my stay. One downside is the location at the intersection of tram lines and several traffic lights. Made it quite busy and taxi wait times were elongated. Not a negative per se because that’s what you get for a centrally located hotel.
