Continently Located right at the airport… was a perfect option to get some good sleep and a shower on our long layover before the long flight back to the US.Rooms are spacious, clean, and modern.the bed was very comfortable!!

Good service - pleasant and professional staff. 1/2 glass wall above bathtub / shower (1/2 is open / without wall or door). Water from the shower all over the floor. We prefer an enclosure to prevent water from splashing on to the bathroom floor.

Staff was very helpful. They gave us WiFi access and toothpaste when we requested it. The staff that checked us in was very informative and gave the perfect recommendation on dinner. The food in the hotel was very good and the staff working at the restaurants were very friendly.

Not so great experience at Sheraton FRA Airport
Had a just "alright" experience during my recent stay at the Sheraton Frankfurt airport hotel. Pros: super friendly and efficient service from all staff: front desk, Flavors restaurant, and porter staff service were all fabulous. Room is large and generally well equipped. Location is great and easy to find. Cons: Wifi service very much lacking in my room - it only worked well in the lobby at the reception desk, and nowhere else. That's unacceptable gor business travelers. Parts if the room were not clean at dll( very gilthy under sink with big dust mites. Shower was very poorly designed (bad access) and with weak water pressure as well as hard to regulate temperature (either super hot or just cold...). Bathroom is not well suited for handicapped and elderly guests. Sound insulation is terrible if you are staying in a room with connecting doors: could hear my neighbors very clearly. In summary: cannot recommend the Sheraton hotel at FRA Airport since the "hard product"(sound insulation, bathroom functionality) and the most basic amenities (WiFi, cleanliness) do not deliver - especially at the price point of the standard room rate asked. Pity for the staff, who are just delightful - but are let down by inadequate room product and basic amenities. A lot of room for improvement, and would not consider to return any time soon.

Lovely property, but if you arrive late it's hard to find the entrance. Terminal 1 has a bridge to the hotel that is poorly marked. Luckily, I found a cab driver who happened to know where it was.

The shower head handle wouldn't stay in place at the top, and removing the shower head caused it to fall loudly onto the metal. Shower caps were poorly installed, exposing water tubes. Room Fixtures: The mirror was not securely glued and was unstable. No bidet or similar feature in the bathroom. No brush set provided, which is typically standard in 3-4 star hotels. Technology Issues: The Wi-Fi signal was very weak, barely sufficient for a WhatsApp call. The smart TV settings were poorly configured, causing pop-up notifications for "Add Samsung TV from room XYZ" to appear. This occurred in room 6036 and included TVs from other rooms, potentially a network security issue. Comfort: Pillows were very short and not comfortable. Pros: Staff and Service: Exceptional customer service from the lobby staff. Room Conditions: The room was clean. The room was quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep. Overall, while the staff and cleanliness were commendable, the issues with the shower, weak Wi-Fi, and poorly configured smart TV detracted significantly from the experience.

Elegant and Convenient for an early morning
We stayed here due to an early morning flight from Frankfurt airport. We booked a 2 bedroom room with one king and one murphy. When we got to the room the murphy bed was not set up. In fact it was locked, and only hotel staff could open it. I would have expected the reception desk to have asked if we wanted it set up and sent some one to handle it. As it was, it did not take long after we called for someone to come up and prepare it. Our wifi did not work and we had to call twice, eventually being given a code that worked. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast is a bit pricey especially if you don't purchase in advance (36 euros).
