Clean. Rooms were nice size and well maintained. Not sure everyone would consider walkable if unable to walk at least 15-20 minutes to get to a restaurant. Not located near many restaurants unless you are able to walk. Good location if interested in going to see soccer or baseball. Speaker located outside Rowhouse vibrates up to room. Not necessary.

Room Given to National Guard

Our room was given to the national guard prior to us getting there. We were never notified by Hotels.com and pre-paid back in early May. As of now we are told we will be refunded the money we spent in May and provided compensation for the room we had to book last minute. I will update this once those things happen.

This is a beautiful hotel, with a gorgeous view and fantastic bars. Our AC in the room was not working, it was almost 80°… in August!! The front desk told us there was nothing they could do for us. David, a hotel security guard, took it upon himself to try and fix our AC. The key they gave him didn’t work, but David did get us moved into another room. We are beyond thankful for David’s help. David single-handedly made this trip special.

The rooftop bar was one of the main reasons I choose this hotel. It seemed like it was always closed, or had a private event going on. The staff working at the rooftop bar were not very friendly or helpful. The rest of our staff was fine. The location was nice and the room was great.

City view who??

The hotel is very nice and within walking distance of Nats Stadium. Everything about the room was great however I paid for a city view because upon trying to get a regular room it’s sold out but when I got there, the city view was not exactly what you call a city view. She put me on the second floor, which again you could barely see anything let alone the city. I had to go back down and ask for another room, and then when I got put in another room, which was on the other side of the building but same 2nd floor I literally looked at the trash bin and workers sitting out in the back. Overall, the room was great. I went back to my other room, but they really should not charge for a city view because you are getting anything but a city view unless you were up on the top three floors. Another thing that was annoying is there was a private party on the rooftop so you could not even go up to enjoy that part of the hotel.
So-called city view where you could see a worker sitting there having a cigarette break.
The next room that was also supposed to be a city view, which was on the 400 floor still had no view of the city.

PARKING WHOAS

UPON ARRIVING WE HAD A CAR RENTAL AND THERE IS A CLUSTER MESS IF YOU WILL WITH PARKING IN THAT AREA. THEY KNOW THIS AND THE ONLY OPTION WE HAD WAS TO USE THEIR VALET AT 70 DLLS A DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! UNBELIEVABLE!
