The hotel needs to be advertised as Hyatt hotel and not Cambria. The parking needs to be updated to advertise self park as 30 dollars a day. Food was not cooked and very greasy

Very nice hotel, with great staff, all friendly and professional. Had to walk some to get to the subway, which was new for us as we are from South Florida, but I guess people from Washington might find the distance short. Overall, was a good experience.

Deactivated our keys an hour before checkout so we couldn’t use elevator. Advertised a pool, but had none, no senior discount available except “sometimes,”restaurant had limited and expensive self-serve breakfast bar and served dinner only a couple of designated nights a week. They were converting over to becoming Hyatt and did not notify us of the change.

We had a suite, the sofa couch was falling apart there were pieces of metal hanging it and the mattress was awful. On our last day we found roaches in our room. When I mentioned this to the staff told me that they were being bought out by Hyatt. I do want to say that the night time staff were very helpful with anything we needed.

Typical Choice Hotel - Mediocre Quality
This hotel worked for me because of its proximity to family but it is a "typical" Choice hotel: Sink ran slowly, armoire door kept popping open, bottom drawer of the dresser wouldn't close, missing shelf in the shower (the brackets were still there), chipped grout. Also, it was disappointing that they don't have coffee/tea available in the restaurant until 7 am so unless you want to use the Keurig in the room you're out of luck if you have an early flight (I drink tea and using a coffee machine never works - tea drinkers understand this). Choice Hotels seems to not care enough about maintenance but I guess it works for their bottom line because I've never stayed at one that didn't have issues. Will I stay there again? Probably because of the proximity to family but my expectations are low.
