This property was pretty and convenient to the national mall. There was a problem getting the room warm and there was a mixed response from staff. They said they could turn the AC off but we kept having to get up in the night and turn it off because it was so cold.

Was disappointed that I booked a room with a tub and found out the only rooms that have tubs are ADA rooms and they were all booked. The reason I specifically chose this Hotel over others was for that one specific amenity. Then it was really weird having a bathroom with no lock and frosted glass door. Absolutely no real privacy with whomever your rooming with.

We really enjoyed the property and the pool. Our room door lock had repeated issues which were quite inconvenient but the management handled our concerns very well and compensated us for the trouble. Property was well maintained, safe, and conveniently located. I would suggest selk parking in public parking below vs valet for half the price.
