Not recommended at all. Location was 10 minutes walk from The Wharf or National Mall, but the write up made it seem like they were right in the middle Of both. Had faulty door locks that would not allow us in our room. Apparently it happened on other rooms, and the repair people were working on other rooms. We had to wait hours to get into our room. They offered a free breakfast when they also knew we were checking and flying out too early to use it. Add that the limited bar menu was way overpriced - Hilton is off our list. The brand has slipped badly.

Great Location
Fabulous location! Room was clean and modern. Very walkable to Mall, wharf We never used the metro but it is very close. Staff was very friendly but not very knowledgeable and there is no concierge which is the main reason for 4 stars. Breakfast is soso and overpriced. There is an Starbucks in the lobby that to me was a better option. Also there is a balcony but door is sealed so it is not accessible. I would definitely stay here again!

Would have been nice for staff to be much more helpful in helping tourists understand Metro Rail. Didn’t even know hotel connected to a station til I found myself after asking them specifically about it.

The valet was very helpful parking our car and loading our bags onto a trolley. He even spoke to the front desk about our room location. I am using a walker and a room closer to the elevators he got for us. What was terrible was the person cleaning our room! We had to ask the front desk to get our room cleaned twice. One time we were out all day and came back at 4 pm to get ready for a 5 pm wedding. The lady knock at our door and said she couldn't come back in an hour to clean it after we left. After we asked for it to be cleaned the 3rd day, they had been in it took trash and made bed. They neglected to give us toilet paper or cups for coffee in the morning. This is not the service I expect for a Hilton Hotel.

Good location
Close to the National Mall and hotel restaurant food was good. Front desk called taxi for us and they arrived within 5 minutes. Friendly staff. Would definitely stay again.

It is an excellent property and well kept. The staff are cordial and informed. I'd recommend this hotel if you're wanting to stay close to the mall. It's fabulous!

Hotel is perfect for a trip to DC. Walking distance to National Mall and many museums. Train station is connected to hotel for easy access. Very clean and updated rooms.
