The rooms are so small and awkward. Shower and bathroom are in the room with just glass separating it. Sink is in the room. They are full of technology, lights shades TVs all on an iPad. But the technology is slow, I pad took minutes to load, the free wifi took forever to connect. Little things like the toilet was aweful, the kind with no water in it so it smells bad, fridge was broken, water in sink had no pressure. It was fine for like a single guy staying overnight, but def not good for a vacation hotel.

This property was perfect for my 11 year old son and myself. He LOVED that everything could be controlled by an iPad! Very clean and everyone was friendly. Although we did order food one night and it was not very good. Other than that it was great and we’d stay again!

This was a new experience in a climate friendly environment. Things were clean and efficient. The staff was courteous, friendly and professional and the hotel is centrally located to all attractions on the National mall. My husband and I had a wonderful stay.

The common areas of this property are very nice. The actual room is only 176 sq ft. The bathroom doors do not close and there is no hot water. It would probably be ok for a single person but not a couple.

Clean and nice hotel but their "cooling drawer" is no excuse for a fridge. All the food I kept in it went bad and when I complained they told me that it wasn't meant to be a fridge. They did suggest that I could use the fridge in the hotel bar but I didn't feel comfortable with that. Highly inconvenient but otherwise a good hotel for the price.

I love the vibes of the hotel. I love that you can control the room with an app either on the provided iPad or your phone. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not working properly during our stay but the hotel staff was so accommodating. They provided us with an electric fan which we greatly appreciated. We would stay here again!

There is limited parking only around the front or side of the hotel or pay $52 for overnight parking where you cannot go in and out when needed. This is an inconvenience. This will make me never stay at this location again. This will make me let others know the hassle it is to park if they ever stay at this location. The staff were great! The canteen breakfast for $21 wasn’t worth it. There were only 4-5 options. Buffets should have I think minimum 10-15 different items to choose from. The esthetics were to die for. It’s a beautiful hotel but too many negatives.
