My stay was great. The staff was friendly and professional, and the room was clean. My only complaint is the pillows. They were too soft, so it was difficult to get a good night's sleep. I'll bring my own next time. I will recommend this hotel.

Only issue was that I needed to have my HVAC reset to get warm air (engineer handled immediately), and then the only option was full blast fan (no low option). Decided it was comfortable enough just leaving the HVAC off for much of trip b/c hotel was warm enough to keep the room comfortable.

This hotel is in the perfect location. We had a room looking over the city. The view was fantastic. The room was clean and comfortable. Somoa was awesome. She greeted us with such a warm welcome. She helped us find a restaurant. She was very funny and had a wonderful personality. I will definitely return to this location.

I enjoyed the complimentary coffee/tea and utilised the keurig machine in the room daily (I drink tea regularly). It would have been nice if there was a robe in the room. The $240 credit card hold for incidentals was not stated at booking, only upon check-in.
