The staff was exceedingly helpful, especially the concierge. The free breakfast had a good variety and the staff was very thoughtful. The check-in seemed to offer only a choice of service every other day or none, I selected none, but appreciated that we still got daily service.

Fantastic family lodging & central location!
The convenient location, quality and caring staff, and diverse breakfast buffet with soda and juice options could not be beat for the price. We were able to check in early and leave late. My son loved our “little comfy apartment” and learning how to use Google Maps for walking to various destinations. Our room needed some maintenance attention (I left the GM a man itemized list) and was told by the Front Desk lead how he appreciated my list. I will stay here again…no question!

Overall a great hotel
Family of 5 stayed for 4 nights in a 2 queen bedroom with pullout sofa suite. Room itself was roomy for all of us. Beds were a bit on the hard side. Water pressure was GREAT! No vent in bathroom so everything stays damp.Housekeeping did a wonderful job cleaning our room each day. Pool area is LOUD with just a few kids. Put 15-20 kids in there and it's VERY LOUD! (Echos a lot in the pool room) But water temperature was great for the kids! Hot tub is small and usually has kids in it, so spent minimal time "relaxing" in it. Breakfast was their downfall. It could be that we were staying over Thanksgiving but it was so busy and the need for food to be restocked could not be kept up with. We would usually be down there during their last hour of service. The employees were very polite and always greeted you. Parking was more than listed on hotels.com. Ended up costing $52/night which is ridiculous but I get it... That's what your going to pay in a big city. Not a lot of restaurants within really close walking distance but museums are a walkable distance (.7 miles or so). The Wharf is also within a manageable walking distance as well and a great place to visit!

The staff was courteous. The hotel was immaculate. The food was varied and delectable.
