Hotel is nice, but the staff and manager were extremely unhelpful when trying to get a price adjusted. The prices dropped $100 within an hour of our booking and they would not credit us. Very, very disappointing.

We just wrapped up a four night stay at Viceroy in DC. Nothing but good things to say about this hotel - excellent, walkable location tucked on a quiet leafy side street with easy access to everything; amazing service from the staff and restaurant/cafe; hip vibes while not feeling pretentious; delicious in room espresso and tea; well equipped fitness room; modern, chic design and amenities. Would definitely come back and will consider the Viceroy brand in other cities in the future, for sure.
