The hotel needs to hire more room cleaning staff. One shouldn't have to wait until four to 4:30 PM for the room to be cleaned. Cleaning crew does a good job but they must be overwhelmed. Management should hire more room cleaning staff.

Would not recommend that hotel if you care about safety (the area around it is not safe). Also, the hotel is so old, like never been renovated for at least 10 years. Absolutely uncomfortable and not good location.

I didn't like that the coffee machine was in the bathroom. If I were to change the coffee amenities, I would use the liquid pod creamers and include a safer sugar alternative, such as the new Splenda stevia. All of the other packets--- pink, blue and yellow are unsafe. The room was very clean and had a fresh smell. Bed was extremely comfortable. Pillows perfect for my neck . The desk agent was very kind.
