Whoever thought of putting the toilet paper behind the toilet, obviously never use the bathroom. The TV channels seem to be a jumbled mess with no guide anywhere, paper or on the TV. Why we couldn’t get network TV channels didn’t make any sense to us.

At 7:30 PM, I called the hotel to check if my room had a sofa bed, and the representative confirmed it did. However, when I arrived at 12:30 AM, the front desk clerk, Kelly, claimed there was no record of my reservation! Despite explaining I had confirmed my booking earlier, she insisted their system showed nothing. I contacted Expedia, and Amy confirmed I had an active reservation. When Amy called the hotel, Kelly still denied it. Amy arranged a refund and helped book me another hotel. Dealing with this hotel was terrible, but Expedia's agents were empathetic and very helpful.

No room service over the weekend. Had to wait for new towels until they finished the laundry. Had to get ice from the front desk. However we liked that we were given the option for which floor we wanted to stay. Our room was also near the back door so it was convenient for us. The breakfast food was average.

The staff was very friendly and had genuine concern for the guests. The room was ok, but not very well-maintained. Our Air/Heat unit was very noisy; a constant rattle and turning noise that made if difficult to sleep. Fortunately, I travel with a white noise machine. Grout missing in the bathroom and there are large gaps between the carpet and the wall. The TV would only tune in half of the channels available. I called the front desk and they were unable to help, but they were very nice. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was good. The nightly rate was definitely on point.

Smell something in the room, like there's no air circulation inside the room and not really clean. They don't have hairdryer in the room, and out of facial tissue. you must to ask to the concierge
