Everything was great! Breakfast was delicious. The crew was VERY polite. Only issue we had with our stay was the USB outlet that was available did not work and the room struggled to stay cool.

The hotel is OK, clean though the room is a bit tight. The breakfast is good, lots of selections. Our problem was the PARKING AREA! The hotel doesn’t have a parking lot. They mentioned Parking Available upon booking. FALSE!!! No Parking area of its own! No Valet Parking as advertised either! Pay Parking Area is 3-4 blocks away! No Security! No Camera Surveillance! It is open to public access! Although one has fence but it has several access to walk in and out. One is completely open, no fence! Nothing secure! We decided to just stay for the night and hopefully could get a refund of the remaining nights we planned to cancel! The hotel refused to give us refunds! We’re stuck! Worrying going to bed all night and woke up to a broken vehicle. Thank goodness nothing bad happens. But, will not stay here again. Will not recommend to anyone! Do Not Fall for their Parking Advertisement! FALSE! There is available parking area but have to pay and is 3-4 blocks away! There are only 4 pay meter parking area by the hotel! Always FULL!

Pleasantly surprised.
Friendly staff. The breakfast was delicious, the choices good. We had eggs, bacon, biscuit, a sweet roll. The coffee was good. We chose the basic room with queen bed. Even though the room I was small, it was efficiently designed for comfort. It’s was Clean! I like a clean hotel. There were plenty of towels. We’d stay here again.

La cama más cómoda en comparación con los demás hoteles donde me hospedé en mi viaje de una semana por varias ciudades de los EUA. Súper limpio y cómodo. Personal amable. Excelente ubicación, me agradó la zona. Vista a la Torre de la Reunión y a una cuadra del fotogénico Castillo de Dallas. El desayuno hubiera estado mejor con algo de fruta y avena más líquida. En general mi estancia fue excelente. Viajé en pareja.

Avoid like the plague
The first attempt to check in, which, granted we were early, the lady couldn’t find our reservation. She stated we would need to come back at 3:00. She was very short and curt with us. When we returned around 5:30, the man couldn’t find our reservation and told us we needed to contact Hotels.com. He would not accept the itinerary number or the receipt of payment. While I was trying to get in contact with your company, I heard him tell the next guest he couldn’t find their reservation either. And a guest who had just checked in came back down because he had given her the keys to the wrong room. Finally, he said he found the reservation. He wrote 608 on the key envelope, scratched out the 8 and wrote a 9, then handed me a new key envelope with 608 on it. I went to this room and the keys didn’t work. After the confusion I had witnessed, I tried the key at 609 and sure enough, it opened the door to 609, which had 3 guests in it. I apologized for the intrusion and went back to the front desk. I told him I had the wrong keys and at first, he insisted I didn’t but finally reconfigured them. No apology was given.As for the room, it was the size of a closet. Every time the water was turned on in the bathroom sink, it sounded like there was a leak in the wall. Parking was 4 blocks away, although it was advertised as “parking available “. Very deceptive. The breakfast items such as eggs and coffee, were cold. This was the worst place we have encountered on our now 21 day road trip.
