Hotel type structure, but has no elevator. Rooms are nice but basic. Any service has to be specifically requested by phone. Facility is very clean and well maintained. Rooms are expensive and dining options rather poor. Nothing to do at night, and WiFi is scarce. We enjoyed our stay overall but will aim for a different option next time.

It is in a nice area of Yellowstone. The room doesn’t have air conditioning or TV. The air conditioning was not an issue for us as we could open the windows to cool the room. Bathroom is a little on the smaller size.

They actually have a standard printed card explaining they won't clean your room if personal items are left in the room. We only stayed 2 nights, so not a huge deal sleeping in unmade beds the second night, but the explanation was a bit nuts.

The dining was limited and expensive. The rooms are small, especially the bathrooms. Not what I expected. We visited other Villages in Yellowstone and they were much better.

Check-in was quick and easy at the Registration center. There wasn't any staff within the bldg we had our room but that's okay since we didn't have any issues with the room. Not luxurious, but super convenient. We ate dinner and breakfast at the main dining room and the staff was super about getting us seated even though we didn't have reservations.

Cant beat location and rooms were large. Food limited , but most people are on go all day and came for the park not dining.

The property was beautiful, the room was nice, the bed was comfortable enough (but everyone is different on what they like for a mattress, so that's a coin toss) and the staff was very friendly. The food pricing is ridiculously expensive, so a microwave nearby would be helpful. Also, the bathroom was musty and if left open, affected the room. The shower was possessed, being fine for most of the time, but would go scalding hot for no reason. By turning to cold and then back to a desired temperature, it could be remedied. Itay or may not do it again. Otherwise the room was nice.

We discourage staying here. Please note, you will not be on the lake or have a lake view. Plus no TV to unwind at night. We did this to be in Yellowstone but a stones throw away from Teton. Stay in Jackson Hole instead for a much better experience and price. Another thing you have to consider is you are trapped by 2 food choices at this location. Not tasty either. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere.
