Relaxed property out of the way, so activities mean a trip back to Denarau? Great to just chill. Garden villas have trees with larger seed pods which make a hell of a noise on the metal roofs but this will be seasonal (we were there Sept/Oct). Room 216, the spa laundry is a hut out back of this and 2 others 203 and 204 I think. So when they start crashing and banging in there at 07.00 it just ads to the nightly banging from tree debris on roof. Told reception but didn’t seem to care much. Was good for our 4 nights and a chill out but couldn’t have lasted anymore time. Staff very friendly and remember everybody by name.

We experienced a wonderful holiday at this resort. The staff are absolutely fantastic, could not fault them, so welcoming, friendly and efficient. If you are looking for a proper Fijian experience then this is the place. Very good menu options with both the food and drinks at sensible prices. Great nightly entertainment, brilliant sunsets, many activity options. And only 15 minutes from the airport.

I love how it was near the airport and from the town. Screens in our bure was appreciated and the view was spectacular. Food were delicious and staff were very friendly and respectful. I love the warrior dance and the Polynesian dances. I also enjoyed my spa. Safe place to be. Definitely coming back next time.

The staff make an extra effort to make your stay memorable. Once you leave the property you get to know the real Fiji. Vuda Point marina has a small store & cafe, laundry mat & the Boat Shed restaurant & bar which are welcome option for lunch.

This is Fiji the way you remember it as a kid, and that’s a good thing. Really friendly staff and beautiful grounds. Definitely rustic, but in the best way possible. My only constructive criticism would be if they could renovate the bathrooms. While their food is great, I would also recommend the restaurant at the marina next door. One of the best in Fiji. That’s not to take away from First Landing, just a reason to stay longer

I lived in a Bure which has basic facilities but it was clean and comfortable. The resort is beautiful. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The food was fantastic. The resort is a bit isolated but there are cars and taxis available to drive into town.

Rooms need remodeling. Bathrooms are very old. Lots of mosquitoes in the room. Good and entertainment was great! Beach activity and walk was amazing. Got to check out the coral reef in low tide by walking all the way in - great experience for sure
