The property was OK. If you stay there, make sure you don't get a room over the lobby. For some reason, every night, people gathered outside of the lobby and made a ton of noise well past midnight! The rooms are nice and clean, and I liked most of the staff. It just wasn't worth the price to me, and you have to ask to have your room made up, cleaned, fresh towels, etc..., every single day!

The rooms are clean and hotel is nice. Staff is helpful and kind. Our room ac did not work. The staff sent engineers up twice and the room is still humid. They could not move us and our kids to a new room do to being sold out. Spent half our one night stay dealing with this and offered a minimal compensation for our almost $500 stay.

Do not support Marriott if you're not a member
The customer service was the worst, no one smiled or greeted you. We asked for extra towels and blankets and were told there were no extra. The breakfast was horribly low quality. This was an underwhelming experience, I will not stay at another Marriott. The Assistant General Manager (AGM) Maria shared that because I am not a Bonvoy member my complaint will not have any impact. She didn't seem to think that a third party comment would have an impact. The showier made a squeaking noise. We were given gym towels to use in the room.
