The hotel was great with a beautiful bar and restaurant overlooking the river. Brad was so brilliant and made sure that I had an adjoining room with my family. He also arranged late check out for us and helped us organise our parking. Brad was so helpful and genuine. He didn’t tire of helping us

Great hotel in excellent location
The hotel has been recently refurbished and on arrival the reception area is spacious and clean. The staff on reception were very friendly and check in was quick. The room itself had a very large double bed and was very comfortable. The leisure facilities were good - it includes a small pool with Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and gym, all kept very clean and in good order. The hotel is in an excellent location close to the river and less than 10 mins walk from the RSC and town centre. We really enjoed our stay and would love to visit again in the future.

Great hotel. Looks amazing inside. Very spacious and open. Beautiful bar and restaurant area but couldn’t get in for dinner despite it being half empty? Offered a half hour wait to come back with no idea how long it would then take to get dinner so ended ordering room service. 40 min wait and still got charged a tray fee despite the long delay! General manager needs to review the Service.

Great Stay.
Super comfy and extremely large bed. Breakfasts were fantastic with a traditional English buffet along side a European selection. Close to all amenities just minutes walk away from the centre of town. Highly recommend.

Check in was at 3pm which is late but our room wasn't available until 3:30 unfortunately. Then when we went to the pool we were told it was at capacity so had to go on a waiting list and returned back to our room. When we eventually got into the swimming pool it was very small and cold. The hotel room was big and nicely decorated. It was just a shame it wasn't cleaned very well as there was food bits on the floor and lots of red petals under the bed. Not ideal but the staff were brilliant and gave us free drinks and parking.

We were amazed when we were turned away for by the restaurant dinner on Friday night. We were a group of 8 and we were told they were fully booked despite there being lots of empty tables. Other than that we had a pleasant stay

Flashy reception masks poor rooms
Avoid rooms on the third floor. They have no opening windows , stuffy, smelly atmosphere and loud air conditioning. The internet was almost nonexistent.
