Very spacious apartment right in the CBD close to everything.

Friendly staff on front desk assisted my family (2 adults 2 ch) on our stay. Parking was at an extra cost, but well worth it, as it was secure and allowed us to walk to destinations such as Cable Car, Cuba street and Te Papa (to name a few). The apartment was well maintained with 2 rooms: one queen and 2 single beds. Ensuite and bathroom as well, which allowed for minimal fights! Sound proof windows enabled for the kids to sleep in the next morning, even when the backpacker hostel next door set their fire alarm off in the morning! Heavy door provided sound proofing as well, as we were located right beside the elevator and was expecting that to keep us up. However, we were pleasantly surprised! We will be back for a longer stay, as a handy hub for enjoying the Wellington city.

Property is in a great location to and from the motorway access. It is walkable to CBD Property itself is dated and needs some maintenance
