I loved the views from my room. The food was not that great. Service is a little slow but everyone is super nice. Entertainment was fantastic every night. Drinks were ok nothing special ak out them. It was easy to take local transportation down town.

They double booked our room. When we got to the hotel our rooms were taken so they put us in the worse non updated rooms they had. We paid for an oceanfront vip diamond member package and we received the total opposite. No oceanfront and non updated room with one full size bed. When I went into the office to try and get a refund or see if they can switch our rooms for the rooms that we originally paid and did not get they told us there was nothing they can do and that was the only rooms they had available for our stay This was a very disappointing stay and and for the money we spent here I would love to get some type of compensation

Nie jestem zadowolona
Miałam zarezerwowane 2 pokoje Honeymoon, które miały mieć centralny widok na morze, jeden taki był, drugi nie. Najgorsze jest to, że obsługa nie widziała w tym nic złego i dopiero po kilkukrotnym zwróceniu uwagi, wymienili drugi pokój kolejnego dnia. Nie wiązało się to z przeprosinami albo przyznaniem się do winy, tylko zrobili to z wielką łaską. Jest różnica w widoku na morze albo rozpadającą się szopę lub rzekę! Zmiana pokoju nie nastąpiła jak najszybciej, tylko obsługa potrzebowała więcej czasu - miał być gotowy nowy pokój o 17-19! Moi znajomi stracili dzień i pół z pięciodniowego pobytu i nikt ich nie przeprosił. Finalnie mieli pokój z widokiem na palmy, które przysłaniały widok na morze, ale lepsze to niż widok na szopę. Drugi pokój był od razu z fajnym widokiem i stąd mieliśmy porównanie. To chyba logiczne, że rezerwując dwa takie same pokoje - znajomi będę mieli porównanie jak taki pokój ma wyglądać i będą dochodzili swoich praw. Jeżeli chodzi o kolacje, to jest kilka restauracji, są smaczne, ale długo czeka się na stolik. Wszystko jest źle zorganizowane. Do japońskiej trzeba było rezerwować stolik przez aplikację i od razu dnia zameldowania nie było miejsc na 5 kolejnych dni.

The resort is small but very beautiful with amazing views and clear blue waters. I stayed at Sunscape for 7 days and spent much time out of the resort. The dining options were limited and they oftentimes ran out of menu items and even drinks. I had more meals outside of the resort than inside, which unfortunate as my package was supposed to include meals. I was mostly disappointed with the staff at Sunscape. I've stayed in many resorts throughout the Caribbean and I'd have to say the staff, at this resort, were the unfriendliest I've ever experienced. I found 3 women (from the entire trip) who were a pleasure to deal with, these women were so pleasant, attentive and just amazing people. Whats funny is the friendliest staff there were not native to the island but came from Jamaica!

A problem with having the public beach next to sunscape. The locals, (teens) will cross over and do steal, we lost a small Item. So careful of what you have laying around. The snorkeling was wonderful.

If I can give this property a rating below zero that’s what I would do. I had such a terrible experience at this property. The rooms were filthy. They were severely understaffed. The property itself needs a major renovation. The food selection was terrible. The service was very unsatisfactory. This was such a horrific experience. I would never stay at another Sunscape property. If Staying on the resort was our only option we were had such a horrible vacation. There was nothing about this property that we liked. From the moment of check-in to check out, our stay was horrendous. We got to the hotel around 1 PM. Our room wasn’t ready until about 4:30. They weren’t even apologetic about it. The room was disgusting, Our ceiling was leaking the whole five day duration of our day, And when we inform the staff, the best thing they could do is come to the room and put down towels under the leak. They restock the mini fridge once during our stay. We had to call to ask hotel staff to come clean the room. The restaurants on the resort was zero out of 10. The wait Is always long and the food always comes out cold. Honestly, this was such a disappointing experience. It was mind blowing.

Love the resort, the beach was amazing. Perfect resort for weekend or family vacation. The air conditioning needs updating. But overall it was an excellent vacation!

We enjoyed our stay at Sunscape. The only negative comment we have was room service was difficult to reach. The would continue to ring and we would have to try several times before we reached anyone to take our order.

The wait staff was lovely, but the check in staff was rude. The rooms need refurbishing, and the buildings need a coat of paint. Nightly entertainment was ok and food was only mediocre. The restaurants need some kind of air conditioning or ceiling fans for some ventilation. I would go back to Curacao, but would not stay at Sunscape.

The hotel is dated but the worse part is that it kept 'running-out' of inventory. Many times, more than necessary, we went to the bar and there were no glasses, wanted a particular drink and there was not enough of one ingredient, the only time we went to get ice cream there were no cups

The picture on travelocity showed ocean view which I paid for and only received view of their property. The nightclub was closed, paddle boards & trampoline were broken. We were never told about the $s we would get from participating at events to use for their auction until halfway through our trip. We were disappointed to not be able to get into the Japanese restaurant. They is only a small window to reserve or already booked up.
