This cozy room is located 20 miles away from the Grand Canyon National Park in a mobile home park 3 minutes down a gravel road. Let the worries of the world slip away while you prepare for your Grand Canyon adventure with a plush queen-size bed that sleeps 2, a queen-size bunk bed that sleeps 4, a smart TV,WiFi, a microwave, and a mini fridge. Only minutes away from a gas station and restaurants.
The Space:
Access will include two separate bedrooms, two private bathrooms, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer, and smart TV with FREE WIFI. Due to our remoteness, our night skies offer world-class stargazing. This location is superb for getting the most out of your Grand Canyon experience, being right in the middle of the action of the Grand Canyon, Bearizona, and the Sky Walk.
The Neighborhood:
You will be close to all the action, but in an incredibly relaxing and private escape. Just a 20-minute drive from the Grand Canyon National Park means you can arrive in time to see the sunrise or sunset. We also recommend checking out other nearby attractions, including: Bearizona in Williams or Downtown Flagstaff.
The area you are in is 1 mile down a gravel road in a rural area. There are other houses and campers in the area, as well as street lights and security cameras.
Getting Around:
There is an airport and a park shuttle service in Tusayan, AZ, 20 miles away. Uber and Lyft are offered inside Grand Canyon National Park.
Other Things to Note:
The mobile home park is located one mile off the highway down a dirt road and can be muddy in certain weather conditions. With the rural area the internet can be very spotty and unreliable, But is the best service we have access to in the area.

Glad it was still light when I got there, or I might have missed the turn off the main road to the canyon. It it a dirt road. The email explained how to find the trailer park, so that was easy. The park itself was quiet and clean, even for a dirt road. The room had the basics, no frills. But what I really loved was how the proximity to the Grand Canyon got us there long before the crowds. That was fantastic! Next time have company wanting to see the canyon, I’ll probably stay at this place again.

We stayed here with a group of 5 for our Grand Canyon hike and therefore it was all we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable and there was a fridge and silverware provided. I’m not sure if they allow smoking in the property but it smelled a little like it, especially the bathroom which was a little unpleasant but otherwise everything else was fine.

Exactly as advertised, no frills as advertised. Served our purposes perfectly.
Exactly as advertised, would totally stay there again for the same reasons we stayed this time. Not supposed to be a luxury resort, it is exactly as advertised and exactly what we were looking for. All electronic checkin and only electronic communication. Zero complaints.

The tiny home was nice and very convenient. It was clean. I had a bit of a problem with the lock, but someone came by right away to fix it. The local horses were a bonus!! The stars were Amazing!!!
